You need to bargain with them to get 1688.

Yap, never never buy at advertised price. They usually have discount or throw in free items on top of offer from the respective brand - eg. HDMI cable.

which outlet you went to? to get the free gift is because you pay by Citibank credit card right? 1688 to get free hdmi and blu ray is unbelievable. I went to all outlets and none can give this price unless you don't want the blu ray. can tell me which outlet you went and who the salesperson?

HN salesman told me all series except 8600 and 9600 are made in Malaysia. Just bought the 47" 7600 on sun. Promo price is $1799 comes with 3d bluray player and standard LG gift. I do not want the 3d bluray player therefore the revised price is $1688 and the sales also throw in a v1.4 HDMI cable. overall, i think is best buy.

which outlet you went to? seems not a bad deal. I ask for hdmi cable they say can't and give me a docking station for free.

Parkway parade branch but didn't ask salesman name. I used dbs credit card. I think maybe I didn't take installment. Installment by Citibank card can get 1 month waive around $48 but don't think they can offer 1688. Salesman told me must deliver before this month. Think they are trying to Hit sales target.
