depends on how old and how boutique these fh are. They will be more ‘targeted’ for en bloc if they are > 30 yo as compared to a larger size lh of the same age...

the worst category are the lh boutique... stay away if you can...

I never believe in those telok kurau apartments. I feel very low demand

Buy those resale freehold and renovate and save yourself some money if die die must buy

Got hear of rymden 77 before? 77@ East Coast? These are existing new launches with units still up for sale. Also D15 freehold. My point is that after launch weekend, they slowly fade and nobody remembers them. A condo often is shiniest during its launch weekend and TOP. Don’t get caught up with Atlassia’s what 50% sold. Next year nobody will know what is Atlassia alr. If tell taxi driver next time you stay atlassia, maybe he drive you to cbd thinking it’s a bar lol

Try PLB ? They seem to be able to do a very good job in promoting these boutique condos & targeting the niche demand.
