My legs hurt now I think from over running should I stop give it a break for a good 3-5days ?

Stop if in pain, listen to your body. I'm not even sure why are you asking that question in the first place.

akloa, looks like he is at least 20% bf.

I didn't claim to be fit or what. I'm just showing that 170cm, 75kg a NON body builder look is NOT fat. Of course for people who bodybuilds and look at % fats i'm wayyyyy off the charts but that is not the point.

current pictures

I'm intrigue.

You just a few kg heavier than me (but taller than me) yet you do look bigger size. I'm judging from collar bone of ur first pic. For me I can see my collar bone very clearly...perhaps my fat is located in my other parts..

Anyway just work hard and of course eat healthy. I'm sure you will be in good shape.

I'm 182cm, 70kg, 11%-13% body fat. my friend 179cm, 80kg, 20% body fat. i'm bigger than him.

another example i just found

SimplyShreddedTV Episode 3: Beneath The Muscle Featuring Aaron Curtis | SimplyShredded.com

he is 180cm and 86kg. you are 180cm and 81kg. even though he is 5kg heavier than you, his body is 2x size of yours.

I was referring to this actually.

muscle-is-more-dense-than-fat.jpg

1kg of fats and 1kg of muscles. 1kg of fats would occupy more space, hence be bigger than 1kg of muscle.

I would say he definitely "looks bigger" in photos because his body is well defined. Much more than mine. I still have significant bodyfat in my belly and other regions.

frostbyte88 has another theory on photos btw.

and it makes more sense to compare same people with similar weight but with different body composition

A lower bf translates to better definition and gives the illusion of size
