Wah that is awfully low considering your router is 4T4R Wifi6. Try setting your channel width to 80Mhz, security set to WPA2/WPA3-Personal and OFDMA set to On in Advance settings.

Thanks. Now dl is 521.9 and ul is 695. I picked 20/40/80/160hz max liao
Your router by default was 20mhz (for 5GHz channel) out of the box?

Btw you can experiment with 20/40/80hz vs 20/40/80/160hz, sometimes leaving out 160hz can improve performance and range.

The other thing is to try different channels or auto.

CH36/40/44/48 are often the most congested 5GHz channels.

I use CH60 (DFS channel) and 160Mhz channel bandwidth myself with my Asus RT-AX86U. This will not work for those who live near to the airport though.

Any advise for a 500mbps user (contract expired for sometime) getting such speeds? Any possibility that M1 reduce the bandwidth because I'm not in contract with them? I have also drop them a DM and waiting for their response. - https://m1network.speedtestcustom.com/result/b38a7c90-6b4f-11ee-9c76-ed8a15fd295f

I assume this is done using wired connection and not wireless, right?

If that is the case, it seems the connection is stuck at 100Mbps. If not, please test with wired connection first.

M1 will not throttle 500Mbps to somethinge like 100Mbps. You need to check the Ethernet cable and the connection between your router and your test device. You may also test using direct connection to the ONT to see if the rotuer is the issue or the ONT is the issue.

I mean to say retest after changing the channel width to 80MHz (and later test 160MHz).

But I will suggest leave both Channel and Channel Width to "Auto", which is the default setting. That is because your neighbours may change their channel later.

Channel 60 @160MHz will still run into heavy traffic on the lower 36-48 channels the moment your client and router actually decides to communicate at 160MHz.

160MHz really pointless for the majority of us who live in pigeon hole flats. Take the 3dB gain and stick to 80MHz instead. https://blogs.juniper.net/en-us/industry-solutions-and-trends/power-spectral-density
