That free caller ID is for only 6 months put me off. I had a very hard time navigating the menus and even as CIS plan account holder, there is no mention of free data roaming or free caller ID. maybe i missed the words. if MVNO offers free Called ID, wonder why M1 cannot.

I was previously worked in the industry, for what I can say, Caller ID is cash cow, hence the telco do not want to offer it free because you will need it.

I have been trying to re-contract my line since the free caller ID is expiring this month end. But when re-contracting online, still having error message stating that my esim profile is not activated yet. The CS Manager tried to solve the issue for me since 16 Sep but to no avail. So no choice, ha e to write in to IMDA and their M1 to reflect the issue. Let see what is the outcome.
No issue for my re-contract 6 months ago.

anyone 5g not working? switch to iphone 16 pro max, and network shows 5G, but phone shows no data. if i switch to 4g only, data works.

Having same issue as well. 16 Pro Max- shows 5G but Phone shows no internet. Have to change to 4G only to surf the web. I have logged a ticket with M1. CSO mentioned there are other users who are affected. Backend engineering team trying to resolve the issue.

i just change into the cis plan sim only as well. but i checked with cso. the number display is not free permanently. only for 6 months as i change plan. so i guess i still have to change telco again later. or change plan if it can extend the caller display free. anyone got any idea which is the best way?

Yup. Recently I realised that the caller ID is free for 6 months if you sign up at shop. But 12 months free if you sign up online. End up, I didn't sign up either way.

Anyway, the market very competitive and very fluid, so many options out there after 6 months. Put in your calender in 6 months, then ask M1 if can extend free caller ID? Otherwise, port out and port back in.

You can try after a few months, port to zym try for 2 months and port back to M1 CIS (on website), you get 12 months free.

So far, I’m quite happy with M1. Connections is good. Don’t need airplane mode for me. Now just hope M1 and SH can work out my porting then perfect for me.

9 hole golf course may be more than the size of the plot of land. A badminton hall is 3/4 the size of a tennis court. Is there a condo with 9 hole golf course in Sg? There doesn't seem to be any condo or ec that build badminton hall for the last 10 yrs..

Don't think they can resolve anytime soon, they say use 4g first while they resolve and someone will call back once issue resolved. ask for timeline but cant answer

Decide to port out since their service is getting bad to worse. Everything little also cannot change or upgrade. The moment you recontract nothing can be changed. Even to convert to Cori also must wait your public contract over then can switch.

How about CL 5G since it is tapping on M1 backbone? Since M1 5G is good and stable, I am thinking of CL 5G CIS which offered us good packages. Any comments? Thanks

always got conflicts with your benefit. the CORI currently seem like across the board the same package. the only perk is the free caller id which is also nonsense charges where most of the service providers do not charge the caller id.

Best is to go those without contract term or else you want to u-turn also problematic.

M1 5G and giga 5G will be similar as both use same 5G network. They both (Starhub and M1) shares the 5G network. However, the difference comes when you are out of reach of 5G and your phone drops to 4G, then the differences comes. I can't say for everyone, everyone usage pattern is different

If you have Corporate individual, suggest you can get the CORI 200GB for $14.95. 12 months caller id and 5G.
