I think my M1 CIS is coming 1 yr liao. Caller ID going to be charge this coming sept liao. Another manage to change plan and get free caller id???? I know caller id is free for new sign up, how about existing customer?

CIS renewal should have free caller ID still.

Make SIMBA the king, gets M1 5G SA, with the same price point, and REAL physical customer service by M1. Get the best of both worlds.

Yeah, should still have as shared by the M1 staff during my recent renewal.
But as we know, subject to changes at anytime.

The thing is they state the 12 free caller ID is for new user. So im not so sure about this.

I remembered CIS plan, which gives free IDD. is better you should check with them directly in case they changed their terms.

Yeah, specifically for @ragnarok95's query on whether CIS renewal still applicable for free Caller ID, was told that still available IIRC.

Only see this on M1's brochure, for iPhones.

If want enquire on CIS plan and phone together, must head down liao cause it's dependent on the CIS of your company and whatever promotions etc. entitled.
There's also a trade in promotion currently too, iPhone 11 and above can get trade in value (miserable value, selling on Carousell better ) in addition to the promos available specifically for iPhones.
