Hey guys, my M1 iphone contract is currently under my friend's name. Would it be possible to change ownership of the plan before the contract ends? ( It's abt 15 months alrdy).

Just a clarification.

If I do an iphone exchange a few days before warranty ends, the replaced product is covered by 90 days warranty, or the remaining warranty for the previous handset before exchange, whichever more.

Is it possible to port number over from Singtel then transfer ownership before signing up for a new contract? Or must I transfer ownership at Singtel side first?

And also the iPhone tariff rebate is spread over the 24 months of contract? So it becomes $36+$5(caller id)-$($350-24)=~$26.41/month for the iPhone value plan?

U can just go M1 to transfer de. Bring along whoever name it is currently under to sign the port-in form. e.g. if your line is under your mum's name now, can just bring her along to m1 to sign port-in form to under your name.

The tariff is spread over 24 months.

Currently you can only go back to apple service center at wheel lock or plaza sing .
Just bring the phone will do . No need any receipt or anything else

You can try quoting some issues with your SIM card etc and see if they can issue a new one especially you have been using the former for quite sometime.

If no luck, suggest you buy a SIM Adapter instead if spending $30++ for a normal sim.
