my macbook battery stops charging at 95%.. is this normal?

nope it is not normal, battery will start charging when it drops below 95% not stop charging at 95%,if it is normal than how can a battery reach 100% full charge when it already stop charging at 95%,try doing a calibration or reset by taking out the battery hold on to the power button for 5secs and than put the battery back and charge it.

90 days is for the call in assistance(guide you through the phone) i think they will still ask you to do a 1st level troubleshoot which is to calibrate the battery

i realised that no one has talked about this monitor on the singapore forums. hmmm

i think its quite a good deal considering its an IPS panel, beautiful design and form, even has isight and sound.

hi new user here, guys any software to convert pic to wallpaper size on mbp?
Any pic can be used as a wallpaper... so what exactly do you mean by "convert"?

- if you're talking about expanding the picture to fill up the whole screen, there is an option that you can choose when setting your desktop wallpaper
- If you're talking about downsizing the picture, there is an option you can choose when setting your desktop wallpaper
- If you're taling about cropping or resizing the pic to the proper ratio or resolution, then use an image editor
- If you're talking about adding a background to the pic, then use a image editor

Clone hdd with leopard & windows(bootcamp)

As above, how do I clone the entire hdd(with leopoard & windows bootcamp) to an external drive? Am worried may screw up either OS, then can easily restore back.

I believe carbon copy cloner & superduper can only clone the mac partitions? winclone will only clone the windows partition? correct me if I'm wrong. Cant seem to find any software in windows that can clone mac partition as well.

See what file systems are supported? CCC does block copying so I don't think file system affects it, not sure about partitions. Could help you check but I'm not at home.
