Bring ur receipt down to the epicenter. And see wat is their explanation. seek for higher authority if those junior can't handle. Lastly if still fail to settle, CASE will be ur last resort!

As stated it was an old model. But I'm somehow at fault too, cause the box when they give is damn koyak one and i thought it was those stock that the box got damaged and they decided to sell it at a cheap price. And they said it was new, it's just the box that's damaged. So am I still able to do something about it?

1. Open iTunes -> File -> Display Duplicates
2.Windows Office Excel can be opened in Microsoft Office for Mac and iWork's Numbers. There's no such thing as Apple's Office.
3. Yes.
4. Yes.

Regarding question 1 .

I currently have quite a few songs that duplicate each other but is there a way for me to delete the duplicate without having to manually selecte 1 by 1 and press delete

Hi all, i'm a first-time mac user and desperately need some help urgently regarding my 6-mth old macbook. When I switch it on, it remains jammed at the starting screen of grey background with the apple logo. I left it there for hours and it remains the same.

So I thought I should boot from the mac dvD provided right. So when I attempted to do the repair disc function at disc utility - its says

'Disc utility cant repair the disc. Back up as many of your files as possible, reformat the disc, and restore your backed-up files'

Q1) How can i go about doing this?

So next i thought I'll just go ahead and reinstall mac os X from the disc. So i pressed continue and then agreed with the terms and conditions and proceeded to select the disc where i want to install mac os X. my macintosh HD appear and i selected it.

However a msg popped up to read 'Mac os X couldnt be installed on this disk' - Contents cannot be changed in this disc.

Q2) does this mean that my HD is popped?

Q3) my warranty is still valid though, fortunately. where do i bring my mac to for repairs?

yes your HDD is spoilt. you need to bring down to replace it.
