After a while u will adopt to the new interface. i've been using the beta for so long... i do not know what is catalina already. haha...
Or just retire my Mac and go back to Windows 10. I use my Windows machine more since Office for Mac doesn't have everything I need.![]()

Anyone doing a clean install or just upgrade over the previous OS?
Heh, I've not connected my phone or iPad to the computer since forever. Don't see a need to.
i dun think it tarnishes anyone's reputation. big sur will unite mac os and ios/ipados, so seems logical to use a unified interface. u'd get used to it very soon. it's not so bad, but of course big sur can be much improved.
i like the fact no more itunes... use the finder to access iphones/ipad, easier than itunes.
I’m actually thinking of doing this after I set up Big Sur. I’m using an older 2014 MacBook Air and for such a massive update, I think starting from scratch would be better.
Fresh install as in wipe out everything and install from scratch?
upgraded, other than skin change, nothing else under the hood
perhaps maybe apple only apps like calendar, messaging and safari, all of which i don't use because whatsapp and chrome are better
disappointed with the upgrade, they should copy windows and simply name their updates as fall update, spring update
naming it as big sur made me feel like something big is coming but end up nothing but a skin change
