i ended up with additional 105 shares now, i tot i calculated to get in multiple of 100...

is it possible to view past corporate actions in the portal? jus to check wad i submitted?

Update: i did make a calculation error. I go round up instead of down for the 2nd number. Haiz..

Now got 99 odd lots

Doesn't make sense for me to go buy 1 share at odd lot market.

To be honest, when I suggested the part-dividend approach, I assumed that the rules and calculations are exactly what they claimed. I haven't actually done this for a DRP before. I did get what I aimed for, 500 exactly.

i have 5000
i calculated that 3007 will give me 65 and 34, this part i spotted my typo, so i should only get 99 if i calculated "correctly"
should have used 3009 that will give me 66+34 (each rounded down)

but regardless, i got 105 in the end instead of 99

(3007*0.01881)/0.8574 = 65.xxx = 65 rounded down
(3007*0.00995)/0.8574 = 34.xxx = 34 rounded down

They should ask us how many shares we want to subscribe then the balance paid us in cash, rather than let us calculate thru complicated formulas
Im sure i wont b the only one getting it wrong.

Why don't they just let us state the number of shares instead?

yes i got 105 shares instead of 99 shares

i got 52.52 in cash

so actually my avg price for this 105 shares is higher than the 0.8574 effectively

By right they should give u 99 shares + $57.31

I guess they have adjusted themselves and given u 105 so at least u have 100 to sell as a whole
