I believe the green patch along south of sungei ulu pandan was the KTM railway.

Another thinking too much issue is MRT depot within view

Plot ratio is indicated as 2.9 for old 12 storey hdb blocks though.

Which bto area you applied and how many rm? HDB only release these:

Bukit Panjang
Fajar Hills - 4-Room

Bukit Timah
Golden Kismis - Studio Apartment

Clementi
Clementi Ridges - 4-Room

Geylang
Macpherson Residency - 4-Room

they release thru online , coupled a package constitute of letter , brochure and flat price to ur home address..
