Just a question on payment using PayPal.

I notice that other than the item which I purchase from, there is also the:

- Paypal Purchase transaction (USD 1), and

- PayPal Forex / Cross Border Fee (SGD 0.03)

Will I get a refund from PayPal on the above 2 transactions?

Or are these additional transaction costs using PayPal?

Yes both will be refunded but not so soon. This is for verification of new card added to paypal irregardless of which cards you use.

Anybody received their loyalty point for the $500 top up yet? Back then they said, the points will be adjusted within one week but now so many days has passed.

Be patient, how to use loyalty points not announced yet, they already announce to wait 21 working days (from Jan 5) for them to do a major fix to their system before the loyalty points will be given.

This wallet is getting annoying. I have $600+ worth of credit balance. I tried to purchase something amounting to $500+, the merchant rejected saying authorization failed but the credit has been put on hold anyway pending transaction. Now my available balance is less than $100, have to wait until the credit is returned to me before i can make another purchase?

Unfortunately its the same as other prepaid cards like fevo. Sometimes it is immediate reversal but some takes days or weeks. And I seriously hate this too esp if its big amt.
