But it's worth it....value will only goes up and not goes down for Pinnacle...it seems that the only highlights for the whole launch exercise this time round are dawson and Pinnacle...the rest not that good...bukit batok SOB seems not bad...v near to mrt..

I think this is a flat at Queenstown? Compared to condo is very cheap la.

But my personal preference is still somewhere in the east or north, where the prices are lower. And not so crowded.
