Sorry, very blur with all the hdb rules.

Just wondering, ive gotten a queue number within a range for the area.
Can I still go ahead to apply for the September bto? While waiting for my sobf appt? Since my queue number for the sobf is really like 330/331 that kind.

Yes u can.

Just take note that if u select a flat from sobf then the bto application would be automatically be cancelled. Like wise if let say the sept bto selection comes first and u booked a unit with that then ur sobf appt would be gone..

We got Q no 4X/340 for punggol 4 rooms. In the email frm HDB it says the selection will only start in Nov, will there be any chance it will start earlier?

Well, suppose to be in Aug but they decided to push back to Sept(with SOBF) due to a possible raise of the income ceiling for hdb eligibility..

Doubt they will push it back further(As suppose to have 4 instead of 5 launch this year, if they push this back, will screw up the last launch) and usually launches would be late into the month..

If got election in Sept, can only happen during the week of the Sept holiday..

Yup...That was the reason which they use to push it back for a month and they added in sobf which is unusual in back to back launches.

Might see they kee siao and place the launch in early Sept instead..

Yup, me too first timer and uder MCPS. Really lucky to get this number. Selection flat starts from end August. Actually noob in all these flat selection.. Dunno wat wind direction etc... Can see the flat avail at hdb website ya?
