same.. we still need to wait for CCK, Jurong, Hougang to finish first..

Looks like going to be End Nov.

Waiting patiently for Sengkang's selection which is stated to start in November as well..

Btw can anyone advise if both applicants are unable to make it for the stated appointment, would an authorized person (i.e. Parent or sibling with authorization letter) be able to do the flat selection on their behalf instead?

Like that still pushing 15k flats in November... when will they ever finish the selection? Not forgetting there is still the signing of lease...

The income ceiling is there for a reason, to prevent rich couples disrupting the balance of other flat buyers. HDB's disclaimer very clear already... "provided income doesn't increase anymore"

How much was your salary increment? In 2-3k range? If increase by $50, I doubt HDB cares!

Yes you can send a proxy on your behalf. Just make sure that all documents needed (eg IC, income statements etc) are passed to the proxy. All the documents needed will be stated in the appointment letter, or you may call HDB first (that's what I did, as the letter didn't arrive until we're already overseas)

Went past Jurong point today and saw the flats ~~~ nice ~~~ going to be completed within next year I think --- haha... Maybe faster then selection ....

Rightfully need Letter of Authorisation which can be found on HDB website..

But since he's oversea, perhaps u might wana call HDB and seek for their advice..Get a confirm ans rather than ask ask...
