cuz he want to apply for mc nair :s13:

lol anyway, i just realized that they combined mcnair & bendemeer light during balloting so if you get a low queue number and the estate you want has been fully allocated, you lanlan have to choose the other.

Would like to clarify, why do they group Waterway Sundew and Punggol Edge 4 room flats together? I thought Sundew is Premium and Edge is Standard? If I apply for 4rm Premium and they run out of units before my turn, does that mean I choose from Edge?

Just got a feeling some are trolls here... trying to dissuade others from seemingly good choices so they can stand a higher chance, lol. Just saying.

They could dissuade ppl reading the threads here but there are still so many ppl out there. This is insignificant. Unless everyone read these threads. LOL!!

Sharing my opinions... March bto has the macperson area, which i feel more worth than any of areas in may, and yet the take up rate is not really that high.. Back to may bto, sk and kalleng area are quite good location as it is v near mrt.. It should be both still value for money.. Cause near mrt is a very big plus point for resale in future

I need suggestions.. Boonkeng or Punggol?

The price of Boonkeng 3 room flats are around the same as Punggol 4 room flats (maybe even 5 rooms). Boonkeng seems to not have a lot of amenities, I just went to take a look and the Bendemeer Mall has very few shops and close early. Most of the shops around MRT are neighbourhood shop houses which close early too. However in Punggol there will be a new shopping mall in the near future. I very much prefer Punggol's new, clean and young environment, but Boonkeng location is more convenient when travelling to work/other places as it is more centralized. Should I apply for this or wait for a good Punggol bto?

Just for your info, waterway sundew is the last bto along waterway for this yr. The 2 punggol west bto in july will also be the last at punggol this yr. Punggol and Boon Keng are very different. Consider your preference carefully before making decision. Both have their plus and minus.

yea it is rather bad
but i personally feel that the mcnair site is not as good as the bendemeer site
mcnair is surrounded by relatively old houses+theres a long kang there. some people might fancy it tho.

bendemeer is next to the dbss city view which will i HOPE, push the price up. anyway this location is really really good. u can see the city even from ground floor. my partner n i fell in love instantly. also the walk to Purple line is 7 minutes.

I agree the location is good but the view to city is facing cross junction... Very bad to see dead or accidents... I be applying facing non cross junction and not facing Singapore casket...
