yea.. but mcnair tower is nearer to the amenities and also nearer to mrt... bendemeer lights further from amenties and also near to roads... the roads there quite heavy traffic... abit noisy... both got pros and cons... thats why hard to decide...

McNair towers is definitely a better choose cos it's nearer to boon leng mrt, and the fact thats its not along the main road and junction makes it a lot more quieter, less dusty and safer for your children. Saw a few lup sup KTV along the shophouses near BL site and then there's the sight of Singapore casket if you stay on higher floors

;)If HDB can help, why many pple go to see MP still no news...that's is why nw pple are lucky more BTO launch and last time pple forced to buy DBSS at high price=:p:s12:

:s8:If you knw last time SBF, they will launch some areas, pple queue few day before they launch so who queue first will get the flat:s12:

For the new BTO, first come,first serve base on queue number, assume you do not like the place, you can dnt choose, the queue number still continue, I am sure that bcos last time reject woodland few times and other areas and we are still can get sengkang bcos my dad only want to stay at AMK, if not dnt want sell the old house:)That's why my brother bought SK 5rm only 195k:D:D

Was at the HDB hub today and noticed they've started displaying the optional Tiles for each of the estates in the May BTO.

Anyone planning to go with the HDB tiles and doors ?

Only the tiles? Has they start displaying the project model as well? Thanks.

For the door types D9a, D10, D10a, all of the door samples can be found at the same exhibitor area at one corner.

They are using the same door for every BTOs unless specified.
