Haha why the frown? You regretted balloting for it ?
Any like minded folks here who are crazy enough to apply for KW 4-room ?
Yup... You ballot for tat?
yea... but don know which one to choose if got queue... bendemeer light or mcnair tower... still undecided... anyway i can only go for 3 room... 4 room is too ex for me...
bendemeer light for its unblocked city view and ideal north-south orientation. it is also just beside the DBSS (CITY VIEW), good for selling off next time! somemore when bendemeer mrt(circle line) is done, the resale price sure go up. how many houses in singapore can be near to two different mrt lines? and i believe mcnair towers will be super warm for the low floors since its surrounded by HDB flats. but then again, mcnair towers is nearer to schools, whereas bendemeer light nearer to roads which can be dusty for lower floors.
First come first serve = those whom really need flat go hdb apply.

First come first serve also got it cons.
Imagine u queue up and when it ur turn to choose, the area is some ulu BTO place as compared to the earlier queue who manage to get some good place BTO. What will u do? Give up and re-join the queue??
Then it will be a veri long wait and u might not get the place u like again.
If you knw last time SBF, they will launch some areas, pple queue few day before they launch so who queue first will get the flat
just curious. if by the time your turn to select the unit, its left with boon keng low floors(5th floors and below) and bendemeer light high floors(20 and above), which one will you guys choose? haha.

everyone please go for mcnair. leave bendemeer for me![]()

Only the tiles? Has they start displaying the project model as well? Thanks. Was at the HDB hub today and noticed they've started displaying the optional Tiles for each of the estates in the May BTO.
Anyone planning to go with the HDB tiles and doors ?
Anyone took pictures of the tiles? Is the HDB open on sunday to view the tiles?
