The exhibition area at lvl 1 is a public access area and should be open till 7pm.

I think u mean Premium flats.
Looking at KW flats, the only difference seems to be the windows.
Premium flats: Bedroom: 3/4 Living: full height
Standard flats: Bedroom: 1/2 Living: 3/4
The Optional components are different but you pay more for the premium ones too.
and also premium flats comes with timber flooring, toilet finishings and few more..u can move quickly if u dont want to do more renovation work.. but standard flat comes in original condition..have to do A-Z..and also cheaper than premium..
Just to add on, both standard and premium comes with kitchen and toilets tiles.

there are under the options right "aka pay more"
i think u dont have to pay more for finishing work for premium flats..if im not wrong..but for standard flats u have to pay(optional). u can chk hdb website abt both flats detail info..

Premium flats already come with floor finishing. The OCS for that is you can choose to change the flooring to better ones as offered by hdb such as timber strips flooring. Standard flats have no finishing unless you opt in for the OCS.
For Standard and Premium BTOs, they comes with kitchen and toilet fittings. Optional finnishings will need to opt-in. This usually includes bedroom flooring, balcony(if applicable) etc for premium and bedroom flooring for Standard BTO.
Premium BTOs usually have wood flooring for bedrooms while standard BTOs are all tiles.
Doors for bedrooms and toilets in both type of BTOs will need to be opt-in as well.
All these are separate costs in additonal to the cost of the flat if you choose to opt-in.
If balcony is available. it's not included in the option for opting in/out. It's all provided with tiles flooring.
