Pray to whatever god you worship, its all luck. Unless you are 2nd timer, then it shouldn't matter that much compare to a 1st timer who needs one.

Try to apply for the not-so-popular BTOs to increase your chance. Popular BTOs always more difficult to get queue number.

Mature area dont increase your chances, i'm apply under new parent scheme yet 1818 is the queue no. i got, i just dont get it. Is there so many ppl who is applying under those scheme. Every BTO there is like 10 over thousand of people applying.

I really can't understand how they can allocate u a 1xxx number when u are a first timer.

number is generated randomly. having more chances merely meant your name appear more times in the basket. whether it gets rolled or not is another case. just like toto ^^

totally out of queue by 0.75 fold.
