Bro, I went to HDB hub and found out every single difference (big windows, timber flooring in BRs, better tiles in WRs, better floor plan). But when i saw the actual prices, i've forgotten all of them. The only difference is now the price.... No kidding I think HDB really wanna sell the "River" as a bonus point.

Well well maybe i over-reacted. same level price diff is about 20k... not a small number, but maybe not a big diff to some ppl

PPL who are getting KW, did you notice the estimated delivery possession date? 30 Nov 2017!!! Is HDB slowing down construction again???!!! Or is delivery possession date normally much later than key collection date??

EDPD is usually one yr after estimated completion date because hdb need a buffer incase the contractor building halfway and go bust.

I think the possession date is later than keys collection date! Usually around 1 year later.

Construction period at KW ,SK will be comparatively much longer than PG and CCK. So for KW, the date you get the keys should be quite close to the estimate completion date.

PG and CCK should get the flat 6 months to 1 year earlier, ie around mid to end 2015.

the prices are out! i personally feel that the premium flats are too overpriced and overated. what do you guys think? a 3 rm 15th floor MT with obstructed views (381k) can be use to buy 40th floor of BL of unobstructed views.

for those price difference, are the floor plans, premium tiles and full height windows important? what do you guys think?

Well, don't underestimate HDB's experience in SELLING. You will be surprised that most will still go for McNair Towers. No wonder H88_com_sg also picks McNair as better than BL.

Why do you think BL 109 with better view is less expensive then 107?

I think 115&117 is better than 109, same view but not so noisy, anybody else agree?

I do agree with you. unit 109 and others on same row will be noisy and and will be facing chaotic scenery due to the traffic and others that are not suitable for kids. the inner units somehow gives the sense of security.
