haha abit. 3 dropped outs plus 2 units taken up that is not of my race, means im pushed forward by 5. really need to bo pi bo pi.



i think east facing units means morning sun ? but i dont know if morning sun is considered ideal or not ideal >.<

you still have level 27 and 29 for unit 109 ! or is it not high enough haha.

I also wish if I can get unit 109 at 29 or 27... but with another 30+ queue in front of me.. think I have to decide on the 2nd best... Or maybe i should go to Si Ma Lu Guan Yin Temple as suggested by Iristan, hoping the level that I wanted will not be taken up.

Funny thing is I stay near the temple but I hardly go there to pray.. No harm to pray before my big day this Sunday.

Say if he just wait for you... how long is he going to wait?

and say if he willing to wait 15 mins for you, how does it differentiate from people who are late for 15 mins, and people who have no intention to go down.

So I guess the officer will most probably call us 1 day in advance to confirm right?

when we go down for selection of flats, we need to scan our letter at the machine @ HDB, and obtain a queue no which is same as our selection queue no. so officer will know the person already here to select, if for those did not scan their letter on that particular time slot, that means late lor, if whole day near appear, then they consider drop le ba

You don't have to go down if you are not intending to choose but you will forfeit a chance no matter what

but if when it's your turn to select the flat, there is limit flat left, then the officer might not consider it as one time for non-selection of flat, your 1st time prority will remain

Which is why if you are qualified for the staggered downpayment scheme, under 30 for either one of you and are both first timers then you can pay 5% now and another 5% when you collect your keys

If u hv an iPhone, download the HDB app and u can c from there all launches and flats for selection. Alternatively just head to http://www.hdb.gov.sg under new flats and you can see.

I dunno but I normally dun take bus stops into considerations cos it seems to me that the authority can take away the bus stops any time they like... but not to MRT.

So I would usually take MRT into consideration. Same thing goes to the Sheng Siong supermart... who knows after 4-5 years the lease is up and they are told to relocate...

can you see marina bay from either 117 or 115? Actually prices in 109 are cheaper than 117 and 115 - government must have factored in some criteria and thinks 117 & 115 are better, right?

u can take a personal loan 1st. interest abt 6% if ur credit is good.
