guys paiseh... some problem with my outgoing mail queue...

anyway, the first selection for today is unit is MT #35-274, Indian-Others..

i am rectifying the queue problem now... haizzz

For those who are using iPhone, this is what you can do...

1) Go to "Mail, Contacts, Calendar".
2) Add your email account that you use to receive my flat selection updates.
3) Set "Fetch New Data" to "Push". default is Push anyway.
4) Go to "Sounds", set "New Mail" with a message tone you like e.g. "Chime".

So now whenever, there is new flat selection update, you will hear a sound "tink".

Like that there is no need for you to keep checking your mailbox as iPhone will do it for you and alert you.

yeah 129 has no cityview at all. Even with some. It will be block by the future commercial building which can go to 25th floor.

as each day goes by, getting more n more no mood.. from hoping to get 117 and 115, now end up having heartland view of 119 and 125... from the 3D model, it seems like 129 can still maybe get to have a small glimpse of city view, hah... sighhh no hope for 127... anyway, hopefully by nxt mth, there will still be vacancy in those 3 blocks. pray gt at least 12 storey left, why so exp and still so many first timer can afford......

now seems like BL107 is getting hot...

this block is gonna be noisy and the view is not as nice as 109.

i think is becos it is a cornered unit that could be attractive. otherwise, can't think of a reason y.

another reason could be if you are low levels, you can overlook the roof garden of the MSCP.

other than that, could be the FSCF??? or the back of master bedroom can get city view???

like to hear some views on this unit...
