wow you mean they will actually let you choose ahead of those people whose ballot numbers are in front of yours?

I thought they will only let you choose after the people in front have chosen.. Nevertheless I will be going a bit earlier just to see see look look again haha =)

no can't jump queue unless the Qs in-front MIA. I arrived 1 hour earlier and went in about the same time with the allocated timing. I was 2nd ppl to choose the bto and the officer said she needed to check with the earlier ppl whether the unit i wanted was chosen by them, even it was shown "available" in the system.

n chinese. bl is now 4 chinese left to choose. the rest is reserved for non chinese. blk 10a still got 4 chinese left to choose for 4 rooms.

hdb is very political linked organisation. do u know RC/glassroot members have 1st priority in bto selection? no need Q number...

so i think the completion will be near election to try boost their winning chance

BL units starts from level 2...so quite a no will be affected by the carpark noise and smell.
It's the design again...

yeah. to be honest the flat design are lousy as compared to the older one. lots of wasted space for bl project which will make our flat look smaller.

as mentioned earlier. the bto take as average of 32 mths to complete from the day it start the groundwork. however this is the 40 storeys project hence may take 36 mths.

i saw the layout for KW tentaram peak bto. the layout are very good abd space efficient. the whole flat looks bigger and the shelter is next to the kitchen! more practical uses. also the doors are not facing each other neighbour and you get your private space in front of your door even for 3 room flat.

The btos are cleverly buffered from the CTE noise and dust by the carpark and greens. i think it will be a very peaceful place to stay.

The whole project has better FS layout for site and flat design.

I was pissed off by this layout when i first saw this and i straight away confirm in my mind on MT, i did not even show and consult your FS master friend on which unit in BL is suitable for me, i just show him MT one only.

lol. yeah i am pissed too. MT one is better abit. if u see the tentaram KW bto. it is so much better even the 3 rooms looks bigger.

however i am pissed after i see the tentaram one. too bad i cant cancel liao. else i would have tried for their 4 room flat seeing the price i pay for a 3 room can get me a 4 room. i might as well go for 4 room.

lol u make my fren job so much easier as there are more selection for BL than MT.

haha... i already make up my mind on MT, so no point showing him BL liao... MT very near MRT, important factor for me as my current house is also near to MRT... and its also a quiet place which is a important factor for my baby... and then the next thing is the flat layout liao... so thats y i chose MT, brought my parents and sis to that area and have a walk and all of them like MT...

if i were to choose for Sept bto i would be going for Woodlands Tree Trail 5 room... but cannot choose liao...haha
