How did BL check the your faulty keyboard when u did the exchange?

What's stopping me to do the exchange is that i feel there's no way to get a perfect Razer keyboard. Your scenario proved me right.

I tried cleaning the 2 keys with isopropyl alcohol and the 2 keys worked like the other keys for 1 hour. Once the alcohol drys up..the clicking is gone.

They brought it in to check in their office.
So i got no idea.

Yeah. If the 2 keys are not commonly used like number pad or arrow keys, I suggest to just leave it until near the end of warranty.
I would happily just get back my old keyboard since it is just the arrow key.
Now the whole keyboard really feels very bad.

Scared BL think I'm trolling because they never reply my email for half a day le. :(

Yeah. Maybe you can try 1-1 exchange with razer which is what I am trying to do now.

Think u exchange with BL better. Once u get exchanged set from Razer, dont think u can exchange it with BL again.

Razer support taking very long to reply me.
I really kay kian. -.-

Strange, my experience with Razer CS has always been excellent. Replies usually within one day and once when they replied after two days, they said,

"Thank you for getting back to us with the images. Apologies for not getting back to you right away from the time you send the email.

We will try our best to locate the spare part for you." :)

This is for a 5+ year old KB that was long out of warranty.

Tell them since it's the second kb and it's competely unacceptable, ask them to let you test it. If it's kb quality, ask BL to take it up with razer. Else get another model another switch.
