I'm on the lookout for bluetooth mechanical keyboards with small footprint (smaller than TKL?). Planning to use with my trusty 1st Gen Surface Pro as the type cover keyboard is starting to show wear and tear and paying $100+ for a replacement mushy keyboard ain't gonna work it. Cherry or Gateron switches are fine, considering a few:

1. Filco Minila Air (don't quite like the double spacebar layout though)
2. Obins Anne Pro (60℅ but lacks arrow keys)
3. Royal Kludge 61 (60℅ with arrow keys that can be activated with the FN key, but can't be used as FN+shift+arrow highlight text)
4. Varmilo VB87M (the largest width here though, probably the most hassle to lug it around)

Something like the Magicforce 68 seems like a good size with dedicated arrow keys, but there's no Bluetooth model :( any thoughts/recommendations that anyone has come across?

Using the Minila. Yes, the space bar is a love and hate relationship. But you can convert either side or both of the FN key to space. I convert my left FN to space.

Anyone on topres here?

HHKB Users do you find the Ctrl key switch "weird"?

Realforce 87U 55G do you find it to "heavy" at times?

I'm currently using the ducky shine 3 on browns and I feel like the topres are the switches that I would like. I have not personally tested them yet. But I like membranes keys.

I currently own the 87u 55g. My experience with it is that i feel its a bit to heavy for me. I like to type fast so sometimes the key does not register as I do not apply much weight into it. But overall it feels solid. I'm now looking to either get the leopold uniform 45g or the Topre RGB. Tried the Novatouch the other day and i really think 45g suits me better. Only thing is that topre colour theme sucks :(

Blue if intend to use in office. Its significantly loud that people will think you are closing deals rather than surfing edmw. Even boss will think twice about disturbing you.

mixed them with gateron blues on costar stabs

zealios(62g) are actually a little too heavy for me, but after using for around 1 year, the keys are more seasoned (or maybe i got too used to them) i alternate between browns at work at these at home

personally, it just feel like heavier browns to me. i would have preferred to try the zealios clears as the test switches were buttery smooth, not the most ideal for gaming i feel; but heavenly to type on
