seems like i7 got heat issues... :(

i think i'll wait a few months see if got other issues crop up before deciding to buy... :(

Bro, I took a picture of my Surface Pro 3...and my base is FLAT. It is supposed to be flat when placed on a horizontal plane like a table top.

From your pic, I can see the corner abit warped leh...dun look "normal" to me IMO. :s8:

So far, very cool.. even installation or running video compression (ffmpeg) its cool n hardly hear any fan sound in a quiet room.

Mine lies flat on the surface with no curvature at all.

Microsoft will be releasing 2 versions of the Surface Pro 3™, namely, the Curved Surface Pro 3™ and Surface Pro 3™. The former utilizes the advanced Ultra-hardened curved Gorilla glass 3.1™, much like the LG G flex. The other standard version will come with a stock Gorilla glass 3. As both versions will be shipped randomly on a ratio of 3:1, it will be down to pure luck depending on which version you will receive. Microsoft is interested in feedbacks from customers of both version and no returns/exchange will be entertained.

zzz i cant pass through the billing stage for the extended coverage. anyone else passed it? it's just stuck at the loading page..

and oh, any good apps to recommend for reading pdfs and annotating them?

My sp3 is flat totally. Think if it is curved like that , must get it change . we pay too much for that that type of quality.

Why do I get a feeling that their first batch is more premium which ends up in the US. That's where most of the influential reviews come from. The rest seems like coming from a different, cheaper assembly line.
