weap0nx, in town area, I think there is really not much difference. You've already experience with M1, so it depends if you're happy with the service and whether you can put up with those niggly problems of slow DNS (sometimes) and poor performance when you open too many connections at the same time. If you can, nothing to stop you from using M1 again - 30% is always good money to save, regardless of how much it really is.
