Using ST, 2 Mbps, around Kovan area.

It is fast in the morning, download speed can be as fast as 240kbps.
However, in the night, can be as slow as 800 bps....

Yes. night time all the operators the same. even the home broadband suffers from night time fear.
For me the throughput is ok but the latency is the concern as i use it for skype sometimes. still >500ms which is bad imo

Plus i've been downloading more than 5 GB worth of files from filehosting websites the past few days without any disconnections. Very stable and reliable.

Probably getting 1mb+ download from 9pm onwards in the night.

But still ok and most importantly the connection is stable and reliable. Can download big files without the download being cancelled halfway, which was a huge problem when i used M1.
