What's the difference between 'PC Bank' and 'Crossover' LEDs? From what I know, the A- panels have between 1 to 5 dead pixels while A+ do not have dead pixels.

Eh i read some where, all of the brands mentioned in this thread uses the same panels . The reason they have minimum 5 dead pixels becos those are rejected qc. That is why u can see the price is affordable

What I don't understand is if they're all using the same panels, why are they having different prices across brands when the specs and funtionality is exactly the same e.g.
CROSSOVER 27Q LED 27 DVI-D Dual S-IPS S$399.99
ACHIEVA Shimian QH270-Lite 27 LED HD S$369.99
PC Bank 3 View PB2700 27 inch LED S$379.99
