despite living in JP for over a decade, natto is still something I don't like to eat

I don’t know how to eat avocado… not very niceSometimes I eat avocado , plain Greek yogurt and mango. Best combi
my wife eats oatmeal with natto she says quite nice, add a bit of water and microwave to soften the oats.maybe during pregnancy i ate them till my kid also loves natto now

Multiply the weight by 0.8, the requirement is about 41g of protein. This is for a non-active lifestyle.
Active and build muscle need to multiply by 1.2
