Healthy, high protein, vitamins n minerals


I every morning only 2 eggs nia.

The others you can have it for lunch, followed by half of what you normally eat for dinner. No exercise also will slim down. Every evening after dinner just for for 30 min walk, you will be much healthier than most who exercise regularly liao.

Do your children & hubby eat something similar? Or more unhealthy foods. Maybe by the time they become teens, will start eating McDonald's and KFC.

my breakfast usually 3 hard boil eggs, a small tomato, 2 stalks coriander, a bit black vinegar a bit soy sauce, a lot evoo

I exercise not because I wan to slim down . I wan to maintain n strengthen muscles especially the legs. Weak or lack of exercising , calves at legs would get " skinny n slimmer".

Oh I also noticed many Chinese having bow legs. Mid age 40+ adults (especially men) also experience that too. Wondering what is the cause??

As you age, you will have gradual muscle loss. The less you move, the harder it is to move as you age. Do take in more healthy proteins (like eggs) and calcium (milk), and do some regular muscle strength training. Can just carry some weights at home. No need to be strenuous, which may lead to injuries, but get that muscle stretched will do. My dad is 83 this year, still moves like 60+ with such lifestyle.

I am late 40s btw. I also started to lead a lifestyle like him. Earn and save how much for retirement also no use, when you don't even have the health for retirement. In my view, my dad leads the best retirement. Good health -> enjoy retirement.​

IMHO.
Proper footwear is important and use insoles, if needed.
I associate lower body issues with weight and muscles.
Lighter weight folks, can delay issues to after 55.
Heavy weight follks, issue can start from 40s.
Muscles are like structural support, if not enough muscles, the joints will suffer.

P.S. I just read there is such a thing as visual illusion of bowing. :ROFLMAO:

I don’t know how to eat avocado… not very nice
If you dun like the buttery taste, you can make smoothie with 1 avocado, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of full cream milk, 1 table spoon of chia seeds, 5g of creatine. This is my lunch for workout days.

It's strange you are only eating such little protein when you know what you want to achieve. Maintaining strength and muscles.

Given your age and weight, you should be eating at least double of your current intake.

And please eat more quality, easily digestible proteins that do not cause you to fart all the time..
