Whats the diff btw the normal plan and gamer plan? Better ping? What other advantages?

Regarding the $200 cashback for old contracts... if my termination penalty is $150, do i still get $200 or just $150?

My current contract ends in July but I will be relocate next mth. I find it not worth for my to pay for the relocation fees as I need to top up $150 for that as compared to I need to pay just $59 to finish off my contact (last 3 mths free). Called your CS and asked if I can sign up another contact using new my address and was told to sign up online. When I did so, the screen still indicate my old address. What should I do? I hope to settle this before IT show to secure the earliest date of installing my network in my new place. Thanks.

If i only do occasional gaming like BF4 and diablo... does the gamer's plan at $10 more necessary? I do notice that i get kick out of BF4 game due to >100 ping sometimes... really irritating...

it a good to have not a must have. custom routing mean they have optimised routing to specific game servers. explain to u more via phone.

Hey everyone, the initial phase of Beta testing for our 1Gbps plans is completed. We now need more testers for our pre-launch phase, so if you're interested, please send me a PM with your:

1. Name
2. Customer ID

If you don't have your customer ID on hand (or if you have just signed up), I'll need your:

1. Full Name
2. Contact Number
3. NRIC
4. Address
5. Email

Do note that the beta test is for those who've already signed up for either of MyRepublic's 1Gbps plan (the ULTRA $49.99 or GAMER $59.99 plan).

Successful applicants to the beta test will:

- be the first to try out MyRepublic's 1Gbps connection
- have their current subscriptions switched to the new one (for existing customers)
- be asked to provide feedback during the testing phase

But as places are limited (and we'd like testers spread across all regions of Singapore), we may not be able to offer beta slots to all applicants (though we'll try!).

Just received a call from MR as well.. installation date will be on the 24th as well

Finally, I can call in to terminate my singnet ADSL but will have to bear without an internet connection during the weekend.. lol

Why not? If I don't terminate my adsl I will be paying the full rate instead of contract price for an extra month for nothing as my contract ends in march.. I can survive the weekend without an internet conx.. and AFAIK non-contract price for my 10Mbps adsl is around $40..
