He meant on the upgrade page where you got a chance to see the est. installation timeframe before selecting the plan and add-ons etc.

When u log in as existing customer to recontract u will see the estimated quarter. If you miss that you should get an email confirmation after u opt-in. The email will also state the same estimation quarter.

I hv a suggestion that all existing pure/gamer plan should have discounts to their remaining subscriptions to match the new plan's price.

Discounts where the subscription $ is comparable/similar to new price although we are in queue/pending for the upgrades installation to come.

Meaning if you still have a contract with another ISP then terminate it, we'll credit you up to $200 of the termination fee.

Home-passed meaning if you were contacted by OpenNet before, but did not install the TP in your home at that time, you'd have to pay for the installation of the TP now. Do feel free to call our hotline (which is busy now!) to find out more about your location.

I think you might not get Q2 now.. If it's based on first come first serve basis.

I dont know man maybe its a glitch or what. Maybe wait for a few days then u call to ask seeing they should be flooded now. If they send email to you means they should have registered it in their database and give u a reasonable installation date.
