Have you tested with direct connection from ONT?

Quite a few users mentioned that the ASUS AC68U router firmware is causing the download speed to cap at 300Mbps or 500Mbps.

Try updating firmware

MR finally coming to install this Sat.

Expecting some cock-up to occur. Any tips I should take note.

Btw, they will start billing once setup is done?

Dun want to pay for half-**** service, as they tend to do some stunt.

If your getting a near consistent near 500mbps for the download. It is likely a firmware problem. Try downgrading to a much lower firmware and check if your able to break the 500mbps barrier.
That's not the case, I occassionally can hit 750mbps...on my note book I can consistently hit 800-900 plus...I think it's my NIC card on my main rig :(

I am wondering if updating the drivers will help since my rig is 4.5 years old

If I am not wrong, the QoS feature will somehow prioritize the Internet usage.

It's been 2 months of FREE subscription without payment. HALP!

I won't pay till you guys give the bill and you know what, I already told the CSOs many times about this. I will let you guys go and do the guesswork now, since telling MR specifics don't solve issues.

I recontract Pure 300 24months and I was charge $78 set-up fee in the bill.

I called the MR and told me i was in migration not recontract.

What is happening??? MR sleeping....

1. Are you being charged $78 or $58?

2. Was the installation date before or after your previous contract (not PURE 300Mbps plan) end?

Just a random thought it is thanks to MR that the other three fruit companies start to flower. So despite all this hoo hah actually this landscape change is quite drastic and much needed. Can't help but feel ambivalent for MR sometimes.

any update on the twitch lagging and buffering problem?

i still cant watch streams w/o stuttering every few secs, even on low settings.

I'm an existing gamer plan customer who signed up for 1gbps plan on January when they started launching it. Until now I still haven got my installation date, while I heard people who signed up during PC show already got their 1gbps installed in their homes.

Regardless of resource issues or not, I think it's a bit unfair to early birds like us to be kept waiting for so long, while other people can just cut queue like that.

existing customer are still paying their $ and they can use their priority resources to entertain new customer to get more $$..

i have a schedule install on early june but suddently dump me a sms saying due to high capacity my upgrade is delay and delay how long they have no answer.. i think no answer because many jump ship to MR and they are allocating all resource to new customers... no date becoz they wave keep coming in... they hand is too busy counting $
