i assigned the ticket for follow up proposes. But do let know your set up if you are using direct wired or wireless or homeplug .

Homeplug and wireless will be slower non the less.

i'm not looking for the traceroute, i'm looking for the latency over a time period, the maximum latency spikes I receive.

the original ticket I was shown indicated no latency spikes

pvcnkdapl5x6p31

yet when I do it on my end, I sometimes get latency increases up to ~35 ms. This becomes a very common occurrence at around 10pm - 12am especially. At one point I even got a max reading of 93 ms

Hello MR! I am still having issues with china websites.

Certain hours accessible, certain time not.

???-

I can access now but slightly slower.

1. Are you on dynamic or static IP?
2. Are you using MR DNS or other DNS?

just like lensherr im also using MR dns.

Does your antivirus detect any virus when trying to access the webpage?

Hi,

just to update, i manually changed to MR DNS on my router. on dynamic IP. still cannot access China website (©«ÖíÖíÈÕ¾ç×ÖÄ»×é·¢²¼Çø©« - ÖíÖíÀÖÔ°©«ÖíÖíÈÕ¾ç×ÖÄ»×é©«BTPIG©«SUBPIG©«µçÓ°ÓÎÏ·ÏÂÔØÃâ·Ñ,×îеçÓ°ÏÂÔØ,mp4/3gpÊÖ»úµçÓ°ÏÂÔØ_ÓÎÏ·_ÖíÖí×ÖÄ»×é_www.suppig.net -). tried 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome & IE) also can't. and nope, antivirus did not detect any virus or anything.

lastly, one simple request for change of billing method done thru MR support with ticket number has already lapsed for a WEEK and yet still no reply from MR CS. PMed both Johnnny and nivkel also no follow up. how come like this ah?

My computer cannot access the website after my antivirus detected some virus.

My HP is able to access the website via wifi because my HP does not have any antivirus software installed.

Are you able to disable your antivirus and try again to check if the antivirus is blocking anything?

You can check the DNS through the router page at http://192.168.1.1/.

I can access the China website as of now.

* I am using Static IP with MR DNS.

Changed to google dns still cannot access.

Changed to the following:-

server 1 8.8.8.8
server 2 8.8.4.4

You are still able to access now?
