MyRepublic fibre - Part 4

Is this a regular occurrence? I just sign up recently and this is the 2nd downtime in about one or two weeks not to mention subpar twitch streaming problem...

My fibre just went down, restarted ONT and router but no avail.

We are frustrated with the downtime from MyRepublic. This is the 2nd time this month.

It's a weekend and people are at home surfing the net. How could MyRepublic take away from internet connection?

I am having regrets signing up.

My fibre went down as well and the router is unable to get any IP address from the ONT after restarting both ONT and Router.

1gbps, Jurong West area.

Same goes for me here! What's going on? Suddenly no connection. Lucky i also got singtel fiber here!

VQ is planned maintenance and MR is sudden without warning and that is the difference.

Woodlands was down as well at approx 2am. Had to restart the ONT to resume connectivity this morning at around 9am when I wake up.

Had no issues at the west area last night & this morning. I was up till 2.30am this morning. Mine is 100mbps plan.

I have to say though, I am surprise no rep provide any updates here or their Facebook considering they were pretty on previously & keep updates to their customers.

Do not know why like that. Haiz.
