You guys are really big screw ups.

Told me my recontract fee would be waived off when I recontract.

Then when I recontract I get charged the recontract fee.

When I asked about it, you guys said cannot undo, so it will become a credit to offset my future subscription payments. I'm not happy but I accepted. So I paid the fee.

And then now the very next month I get charged the subscription fee which is supposed to have been offset.. What the hell are you guys doing? Someone better contact me and explain or else I will take this up with Case and also tell the credit card company to do a charge back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. Just pure incompetency, problem after problem. Really regret recontracting.

Same here, I got charged for the activation fee even though I signed up for recontract after my previous contract had ended.

Same thing, I was told the same but in the end I called in they say no such thing and they cannot undo, I am still holding no the payment at the moment because I'm hoping they will get my problem fixed or I'm not paying.

I do get it that we're always dealing with the different departments of MR but in a whole it's funny because trying to liaise with their CSO, NETWORK engineers ..etc is always so slow and tiring but their billing department has been chasing me to update my new payment info otherwise they will suspend my service. Yet I couldn't do the same to them that I will suspend my payment info if you guys can't fix a problem that I have experienced for more than a month and apparently the current status is "still checking"....

How do you guys bar web services like youtube.com ? The Firewall - URL Filter does not work at all for this version. It used to in 43.

i really don't want to, but i think even a bit of ranting can ease some discomfort of frustration, streaming to china networks are serious let down. i get non stop buffering on media boxes, wired or wireless.. not to mention twitch, i see some pple seen improvements but sadly not me...

Can't even load the PPTV website without using a vpn lately. A serious let down by MR

Nnbpcb My republic ...came back home cant even play 1 round of battlefield4 as keep lagging out.

Give up and on my android box and cant even stream IQiyi.....pcb.....even imango even cant start..... ccb 300mbps want me to read email only is it......pcb...

Never really believed that any local ISP can provide good latency for gaming luckily I don't play online games. As for mango, same issue 网络异常 right?

Now a lot of china sites not just those streaming ones can't be accessed properly. This is definitely an issue with MR as those sites can be loaded nicely with a VPN! This is the worst in months. FXCK man!

Even with wangqu I also cannot stream properly ..
Some more I paid for 3 mths sub this afternoon.
I didn't manage to really test the trial.. Zzzz

Used to get fast reply(one day is fast enough for me) when I emailed them, sadly, that was pre-1gbps. I emailed them to request for Static IP, an auto email reply received but that's it, nothing else almost a week later...MR had been good for me before 2014, I don't have much complain even after 2014, its been good enough for me, $50 for 1Gbps couldn't expect too much, I suppose.

But can't even response to customer inquiry? CSO work overload? can't be bothered? KIV until they have the time? smh.

I have to disagree with this, based on all the people I knew till date Singnet actually have one of the most decent latency for gaming as compared to.. you know "Gamer Plan" catered for Gamers and every split second counts... I can't help but to relate them together but MR really reminds of me Starhub as we go.

And regarding the issue I had on hand.. Still waiting.
