Wanna ask a somewhat stupid question. Lets says im on the 24th month of my contract. My billing starts on the 3rd and i have already paid up on the 6th by GIRO. If on the 25th i decides to end contract, am i still liable to pay for the termination fee? or die die must wait till 2nd of next mth?

termination fee not applicable, unless u need someone to collect the ONT and equipments. if you return yourself no termination fee.

So, as long as im on my 24th month and self return after i called in to terminate, there are no charges?

anyone???

10char.

I assumed you are opting for Fibre Takeover and have 2 appointment dates with NetLink Trust and MR.

For the first appointment - NetLink Trust (NLT), you do not need to be around as NLT will be doing the switching from their back-end.

For the second appointment, it is advisable to have someone with some network knowledge around to ensure everything is working fine after the installation by MR.

Is the modem/ONT the same for 300Mbps and 1Gbps?
MR will collect the ONT from NC for the upgrade?

If I am not wrong, the ONT is the same for both 300Mbps and 1Gbps. However, the ONT is different for customers with and without Home Voice.

If your wireless works but not wired.. obviously, it's your LAN cable or router giving issues... :s22:

FYI, LAN cables can die all of a sudden.. check your PC's LAN port.. when there's data transmission, it will be flashing..

If possible, try to test a direct connection from ONT with the same cable (from router to computer).
