Can we have an update on the twitch situation?
It has been weeks since this problem arisen with no resolution in sight.

seriously , I'm not trying to be unreasonable here but this Twitch.tv situation is really frustrating me. Been almost 3 weeks and I still can't even watch streams at medium

To be honest, can we just void the contract or not? It's really not satisfactory and we have given them reasonable time to rectify this issue already. It's pissing me off just to wait with no available answer while other ISP do not seem to have that severe of an isse.

Oh what ISP does not have this severe issues can you name them ? I have a cable broadband starhub 25mbps also lag for twitch?

By the way I also a myrepublic user and also lag with twitch

That was 25mbps. This is at 100mbps and we're still dealing with similar problems faced by 25mbps?

Still think got to do with twitch because after it travel out.... the time seems to jump 221 to 287 ms I think myrepublic should check with these route to them. It should help to improve further.

Don't be stupid. It's not about the bandwidth it's about the distance there and the server respond. How fast u send there no use, is how fast they send back.

my friend on gamer reports that twitch is smooth for him though while i'm buffering every few secs

me try twitch...medium setting smooth tonight...high ish buffering...

Don't be stupid. It's not about the bandwidth it's about the distance there and the server respond. How fast u send there no use, is how fast they send back.

Relax relax...its just how fast tempers come and go... latency of human temper

Is the MR Teleport service compatible with Netflix's Open Connect platform? Hopefully now that they've made their Super HD titles available to everyone we should be able to access them through Teleport right? Apparently you only need a stable 7 Mbps connection to get them...

It will depend if your house already has the OpenNet Termination point. If no, then there will be 2 appointments. The 1st appointment is by OpenNet to come install the TP, follow by the 2nd appointment for MyRepublic to come install the ONT and router, plus any addon (eg. Home Voice,Static IP).
