Now my Android devices throw me a "Sorry we could not rech the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-3)" message.
Was able to Netflix before the line was burnt...

Wireless. Did not test direct connection. I was only 1.5m away.

Bro, to isolate the problem. might not be MR end.
Suspect is the channel your wireless is at too congested.
Try switching channel.

Count yourself lucky. I only get Max 15mbps DL speed.

will try to change tmr. currently on channel 6, inSSIDer tells me on c6 there are 5 APs, 3 overlapping APs.

I feel it's too congested, move your channel to those empty one definitely will see improvement. Wireless is something that no ISP will guarantee as there is environmental factor to take into consideration.

Please do. A number of guildies lost either their weekend or their entire week because of dungeon lockouts and their inability to stay logged in for more than 15 minutes.

Called in twice but all I got was "we can't do much until monday because no one's working."

Not playing FFXIV.. but from what I read, its likely more of a server end issue. Still MR should look at the traffic and route especially if Vulpix on Gamer plan.
