Hi guys, i think the thread has been going on too long and there are couple of recent post addressing concern over wanting to recontract now to "lock-in" the price but still want to finish up their free months. Hope the above quotes helps. Existing customers will still enjoy the current price down the time when u choose to. Now is the matter of when u wan to book your ONT upgrade date. if you need the speed ASAP, recontract now and pay the OTC. Else wait till your contracts end and recontract to get waiver for the OTC.

Good or not is depending on what u need. So u have to tell us what u need/expect for your home internet first

netflix - MR will be suitable for you with the teleport service until June (they might then start to charge at 5 bucks per month)

Youku - impossible to use with MR during peak hours. promises are made to improve but no guarantees that will be permanent

Maybe someone from MR has already posted results


Conclusion: What I have mentioned is the current state of connection, but not necessary with the new 1Gbps plans since it will be a brand new thing. So if u want MR, should wait until March when their new 1Gbps plan officially gets rolled out then u see if existing issues are resolved.

Hi MR 15 Jan 2014, i went down to the shop in AMK hub to sign up for the ultra plan. but the sale person told me as the plan only can start register on this coming saturday. he will help us fill up the form and sign but only submit the application on this saturday as he wasn't sure what to write on the remark session.

may i check with you does my application still count a not? as i didn't do it thr online but going to the store instead. =) thanks in advance.
