not sure why the hostility.. just want to get some feedback only.
MR definitely does have the best package around. comparing to other ISP that are charging $300+ for a 1Gbps plan.
call me skeptical, but i always think that when something is too good to be true, it usually is. so i am just wondering if there is any "catch" here with MR.
but for my budget concerns MR is the top dollar:bandwidth ratio.
i realised that some threads i read were in 2012 and 2013, maybe that time MR just started and might be prone to many other issues that hopefully are resolved now..

I think that some people are going for the best bang for money. In reality, not many people will really need 1Gbps and I believe every ISP sure have problems.

The actual roll out for 1Gbps is in either Mar or Apr so I doubt there is any feedback on it yet.

The only obvious catch is that MR is new and smaller compared to the others. :p

Question.
I signed up 100mbps 2 years ago during IT show my current contract ending in April.
What plan are there for me to recontract?
Only the 1Gbps $49 monthly plan?
Will I get to keep my static ip for free?
Or I need to top up extra $$$ monthly for it?

1Gbps plan, your static ip will remain.

Can some MR staff help me out on this.

I have an email conversation with one of your CS (Request #20792) seeking for some help, my last email sent was Friday, 24 January 2014, 11:41 and ever since I did not heard from anyone till now. I even send a chaser on 13 Feb but MR still keeping quiet.

And I do not know if this is the SOP of MR, everytime they reply to my email, even though it is nowhere near a solution they just treat it as solved.

As a customer, I feel this is a very bad approach, at least close the case on your end but letting a customer know it has been "solved" when it is not, is very negative.

Hello,

Before I signed up I requested for a latency test to Garena. I received the response. However, my current experience does not match up to the information I was given at the time.

I submitted a ticket, with my own results. Ticket is #23438. Hope I can receive a reply soon regarding this, I don't appreciate being lied to for my money.
