I've just received a $100 handset voucher, where to see got what phone to redeem ah?

And funny thing, my installation was 3months ago, the voucher they sent state it is only valid for 1month upon installation date (which means it expired in October), but the letter is dated 22nd december :s22::s22:

Any MyRepublic reps can answer me as to why I cannot access DBSVickers Online real-time streaming quotes on my office connection? It keeps connecting to the Slingshot 2 server. The connection is fine at home and on my mobile tethering, though. :(

Also, when are you guys coming in as the 4th telco? :s22:

Don't worry bro, just bring it down to AMK hub, there a MR booth there.

Whose teleport is not working ? Mine has been down for a few days.

Check the status of your teleport on your MyRepublic account on their website.

Some users reported their teleport somehow got 'disabled' and had to 'enable' it back via the portal.

static ip routing

Fixed the teleport issue. not an issue with teleport. The device routed to google dns 8.8.8.8 after firmware update. Had to add static ip route to back to router dns.

Just a quick notify, you guys might want to add 208.67.222.222 in as well since Roku might switch to opendns when google dns not working :p

I'm having issues with watching on Hulu these days, especially during peak hours. At low quality and still stutters. Anyone else?

I'll admit to being a noob with this - would switching off the RT-N66U and on or resetting it possibly help in any way? And if so, should I also switch off the ONT?
So ... I switched the RT-N66U off for the 1st time since I signed up with MR (my contract ends May 2015, so you can work out how long it has been on), and switched it back on about 15 minutes later.

And it worked - I can connect to CoC with wifi again, and on top of that regular google.com works again :eek: Anyone can tell me what happened there that caused the problem before?

Wow, you don't reboot your router for a year one +? I usually reboot every 2 weeks.

I signed up in Jul 2014. Wondering will I have the voucher too.... :s8:

Hi,

My dad currently uses an IPTV box (jadoo TV) to watch tv channels and such. It has been working fine (both using wireless and Ethernet) until about 5 days ago when it is not able to connect AT ALL.

I tried connecting the iptv wirelessly to my personal hotspot (SingTel) and it was working fine. I also tried connecting to SingTel broadband that I have on top of MR Fibre and that works fine too.

I am guessing MR has blocked Jadoo TV. Can you guys at MR help me check that out please? Thanks!

I signed up MyRepublic.No news for for2 weeks. I called up and they said they never received the application. Hence I told the officer Getz to cancel, she said the sales team will call me back but nobody called back. But today I got billed for 50 dollars when they "did not receive" my application. I tried calling the lines again, nobody picked up. No email no reply. MY REPUBLIC is a SCAM. I will complain to the small claims court, IDA and mp until someone response to me now. My direct line is 81o22215
