I request to port over to my line to MyRepublic and I received my SIM yesterday. Till now there is no email login details and my line is still under old Telco. Is this normal? The only SMS I received from MyRepublic is data settings when the line was activated yesterday.

Ported from SingTel. Postpaid line.

normally it should be done in 24hrs if you are porting from those big telco. Did u check your email spam inbox?

Yes. No emails from MyRepublic at inbox and spam. Anyway I saw someone asking the same at MeRepublic FB. It takes 1-2 working days for porting. So my line should be ported over by next Tuesday. If I am not wrong, no staff from MyRepublic is working on Saturdays and Sundays.

Received the SIM for my mama on Friday noon, received the SMS to port this morning at 1am, this morning woke up ported liao.

For apps like WhatsApp, WeChat, seems to be okay. But Grab still doesn’t work for me. Not sure about banking since I don’t use that number for those purposes.

mine ported from st about 24 hrs. Got sms after 2hrs after receiving simcard to set up apn & login website.

Second bill is out. The bill did reflect our usages for sms and calls. But not the data we had used

Can I get a brand new number on Uno plan (or any other plan actually)? Or must i port over? Was trying to sign up and one of the required fields is contact number but I don't have one...

How to terminate MyRepublic line? If the lines is terminated within one month, will they charge the full first month subscription or prorated?

Bah. I can grab a new number. But a contact number is required is because they need to inform u of the schedule for delivery of the SIM card to your door step.

I can't remember the terms of it termination, but I believe is full. So might as well terminate when u have finish testing it for a month?

No spare phone to test the line. Have been waiting for my line to be ported over from SingTel since last Saturday. Thinking of terminating the line if they could not port over my line in one week.
