esim is available at MR. MR is using M1, generally fine for me, had use MR before, but not on eSIM. If you are looking for esim, MR is good option.

possible to change my current $8 plan to esim ?

How’s MyRepublic mobile reception nowadays? Looking to jump from red camp due to esim availability. TIA!

Would rather you move to M1 or CL eSIM. MR/Changi/Maxx is problematic af. Not that M1/CL have no problems, but it has lesser problems in general.

However, 5G eSIM is not available (yet). So you'll be stuck on M1 4G.
Saying this because M1 and CL now have 5GNR Standalone Access service, but require users to convert to 5G SIM (Physical).

Both Voicemail and Local Missed Call Alert services will cease for all MyRepublic Mobile subscribers with effect from 1 December 2022. All voicemail messages will be deleted when the service is ceased.

That’s good. I never wanted a voicemail service or SMS informing me of missed call. At least it should have been easier to disable the service(s).

I just signed up giga and getting sim card delivery tomorrow 26th.

Will I be charged by myrepublic for next month? And will I get reimbursed subsequently?

I'm so sick of internet connection but need to use MyRepublic Talk App. It's very useful to able to receive a call or make a call without extra cost.
Any advice to get free voice call when oversea and get useable data when home?
I want to use Singtel network so bad.

switch your home fibre to myrepublic fibre with home voice add on, then switch your mobile to ST and use the myrepublic talk app

Your monthly subscription, add-ons and charges will be revised to reflect the prevailing 8% GST rate in invoices issued from 1 January 2023. If your plan is still in-contract (with the exception of Home Access Program plans*), the new subscription fee will apply from your out-of-contract date.

Charges for international services such as overseas calls (IDD) and roaming will not be affected.

Can try Simba, can call overseas like a local and don’t even need a voice app as long your phone support Volte but don’t expect fast internet connection, average speed d/l 20mbps - u/l 6mbps, depending on area at times will get 100mbps and above.

I am choosing new sign up sim only plan. as to myrepublic, 1, if choose 100G plan, what is data speed after over 100G? or must purchase more data? 2, for unlimited data plan, data speed won’t become slow after reach certain amount? very little explanation in term related to promotion in website.
