Bro, teach you 2 more tricks.

Trick #1: You know your Windows 7 Ultimate comes with Snipping Tool to take screenshots?

Snipping Tool - Microsoft Windows

Trick #2: You know there's something called the

Simple G41 / DDR3 mobo combo. At least using some decent Gskill value RAM (black ones I suppose?)

@Hailgod: Yes, it exists..... in the RAM timings programmed and allocated into the RAM itself. Look at JEDEC #1. And the reason why it only runs at 800MHz is simple: FSB. The FSB of the Pentium D is just 200MHz, Since FSB:DRAM ratio is 1:2, DRAM freq becomes 400MHz. Multiply by 2 again because it's Double Data Rate (DDR) RAM, resulting in value of 800MHz.

---

I'm sure the RAM can run at its default spec of 1333MHz if u increase the FSB to 333MHz. The problem is that Pentium D may not be able to run at that FSB speed; even if it can, the Pentium D chip will burn! At default settings, the Pentium D can bbq people already. One Acer desktop I encountered, based on Pentium D, actually had a 3-heatpipe CPU HSF installed! U know s&#* gets real when OEMs have no choice but to spend extra on CPU cooling...

I miss the days of playing with LGA775. Unlike the CPUs now, these guys can all essentially OC (using FSB). Who cares if it's a Pentium Dual-Core (NOT Pentium D), just up the FSB and overclock!

----

@gab123: The MSI G41 mobo can definitely handle any LGA775 CPU out there, so a super cheap choice / solution will be to get a proper Core 2 Duo/Quad CPU and a decent graphics card, as mentioned earlier. Faster and much colder CPU makes it an easy choice. I have also sent u a private msg; have a look too.
