We can never be there when they do overhaul.
So what they change n dun change is up to them. Swap just go before they change the serial number.

Really? great bro, will wait for your pm.
Yup i think it still the old plate number.

ok. but I need to set the expectation right.

if he is really the previous owner, he is in no way liable for all the current problems you are facing.
in no way can you take him responsible for anything.
and it is solely up to him to response to you.
I am trying to help you to link up with him and hope he can chip in to help you.

ok with you?

i reality you already know you've got to bite the bullet and pay up to repay a bad purchase you've made.

i'm certain you haven't documented or kept any parties of the problems as they appeared immediately.

well its certainly more than 3 weeks now so you better pick up the phone and hassle the car salesman then.

no harm asking. but be prepared to stand your ground and have facts ready.
no way you're gonna win repeating what you've typed in this forum. you better get statements from the mechanics stating parts were worn beyond fair means.

Had already talk a few time with the dealer but since he not the decison maker so i only have to wait for his boss back on 1/12/16 then can speak to him.

Have all the facts in hand and quotation proven if really worst come to worst have to go to CASE/SCT
