IMHO.
If you use Android, you can add to calendar and choose to repeat it every 30 days.
For 1st few times at lease, please monitor closely.

The list I gave you, I use spreadsheet, add 30 days.

Actually that's what I did at first, I added 30 days, which is the dates you gave. But when manually counting, it seems to be 31 days instead of 30 days, hence I am a little confused which is correct.

Just to confirm in your opinion, is expiry date = the last day to top up, or is expiry date = need to top up BEFORE this date otherwise no rollover?

Actually I don't really know - because I set in in my calendar, when the calendar prompt me, I go top-up.
Also one day before, I will receive an SMS that it will expire on the next day too.

Haha alright, I guess I'll have to do a bit of trial and error. At least I know that topping up on expiry date itself is safe can already. Next mth going for travel so want to rack up 1 month worth of rollover.

Can safely say that it's generally quite ok, but the internet gets horribly slow (cannot watch videos or Instagram reels) at certain timing and places. can't really complain about the $10 price point, but i'm quite worried about the fact that cannot receive SMS when overseas.

considering switching over to an MVNO that at least allows for receiving of SMS OTP when overseas, otherwise really headache.

Pretty sure you can receive incoming SMS while overseas.

Dunno leh, I confirmed with Heya's customer support recently, they said cannot receive SMS overseas.

If you check Heya's FAQ and Support, it also states
"
4. Are there any features that cannot be used on the heya plan?
heya does not support these features:

Roaming calls/SMS services while overseas
"

It is an unknown fact that Heya can receive sms when roaming overseas. See my message below way back in Dec last year.

Open Heya app and can receive Heya OTP

Anyway, Heya is under Singtel, so should be able to tap on to Singtel overseas roaming partner networks.

I dunno about kottty, but my experience so far has been that the internet gets throttled at certain locations on highway and MRT. When it gets throttled, I am unable to watch Instagram videos. Speed is only fast enough to complete functional tasks like texting and opening small documents. I am considering whether I should head back to MR 5G for good.

The only way to terminate the Heya line is to wait out the full 60days "SIM Validity Period"?

Last time I topped up was mid-Jan2024. Heya app is now says
(a) You have no active local add-ons
(b) Base plan xx Mar expiry

Heya.SG more like congestion rather than throttle.
Usually network with less users, the overall experience is better.

If you think it will auto deduct, then this plan is not for you. Better look somewhere else.
