You take what though.
If buses, unlikely to have much issue cos the network load isn't that high.

If train, also depends on which line. TEL practically nobody, CCL and NEL peak hour can be bad.

But NSEWL are the ones that keep having issues now, hanging and buffering, even above ground. During peak hours.

Like I said before, I'm not expecting service to be perfect, ZYM also have instances of that, but NOWHERE NEAR as bad as Heya.

I suppose in Singtel's eyes, Heya performance is ok, since their target audience also those that switched over from SIMBA, and the network capacity issue can be terrible in some areas.

If you know who are the target audience, the connectivity (or lack thereof) is probably reasonable, since that's what "they faced everyday" on the previous carrier.

Difference is that I never had issues on SIMBA in the MRT, but I keep having issues on Heya and Maxx

but main accout still vaild. the left data still can use>?

The plan goes by 30 days.

So going by your example, u renew plan on 2nd Sep, your plan will expire on 1st Oct not 2nd Oct.

Main account still valid for another month, meaning 31 October.

But if u renew plan after existing plan expires, the left data is no longer rolled over.

IMHO.
I think of it as the validity is 60 days and the data plan is 30 days.

Just to share some information concerning heya's plan on early payment that affect the due date, which mean a few days of shorter instead of the regular 30days usage..

Here are heya's reply...
(Validity Period for heya Plan (Bundled add-on) will be extended upon purchase of a new heya
Plan before the expiry of an existing heya Plan. The Validity Period for the new heya Plan will
commence on the date of purchase of the new heya Plan.

SIM Validity Period for Base Plan will be automatically renewed upon any purchase of a heya Plan and/or heya IDD Add-on Plan. The new SIM Validity Period will commence on the date of purchase of the new heya Plan and/or heya IDD Add-on Plan, as the case may be).

Simply call *119# to check your heya balances and expiry.

If you can find somehow to subscribe to the Numbershare VAS on the Heya plan, then it will work...

(Pro tip: Only the 3 main telcos offer Numbershare VAS for their own customers. It is not available to all MVNOs, regardless of the underlying infrastructure nor does SIMBA offer it)

I recalled heya was roam ready during first launch. Recently roaming on heya was nerfed. Not sure if it’s unblocked again due to recent network breakdown.

Heya system still don't accept advance payment?
Was told by the retailer to pay only on the due date!
Otherwise, will have a shorter usage period for example if we make payment like 3 days earlier (eg due on 30th), the new due date will be brought forward by 3 days ( due on 27th).
Any comments if this is correct! Tia.
